Please be informed that effective from 01st September 2016, all passengers departuring from Berjaya Waterfront will pay a charge of RM1.00 as imposed by Johor Water Regulating Body. (Section 5 (1)(C) Water Enactment Act 1921).

FUEL SURCHARGE NOTICE
Dear Valued Customers,
With immediate effect until further notice, there will be an additional fuel surcharge of RM 3/- imposing on each ferry ticket to Batam Center or to Harbour Bay, Batam or to Tg. Pinang for adults and children who shall be traveling from the said date onward. However, this does not apply to infant passenger/s and on our return ticket (Note: our definition for infant in this respect is "child under 2 years old.")
This measure is necessary in view of the high fuel price in order for the ferry operators to be able to carry on with their ferry service without incurring hefty losses.
